My client is a brokerage in the City of London with international offices, in a number of financial hubs they provide a service to hedge funds and institutional clients. Their key products include Forex, Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives.

This excellent opportunity for a Financial Services Regulatory or Capital Markets/Corporate Lawyer with strong Regulatory experience is to provide in-house counsel support across a range of matters. The in-house counsel will report into the board, advising the Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Officers on Regulatory issues in the U.S. and U.K.

The position will suit a commercial and confident Regulatory Lawyer or transactional Corporate/Capital Markets/Financial Services Lawyer with significant exposure and awareness of Regulation. The individual is likely to be working as an in-house Lawyer or Counsel, although my client will certainly consider lawyers from private practice.

The PQE of the individual is flexible, it is likely that the Lawyer will have at significant experience at the mid or senior level.
