Commercial and Contracts Solicitor

As support to the Head of Legal, this Commercial and Contracts Solicitor role represents a great opportunity for a Solicitor qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent).

By taking responsibility for the protection of environments across the the country, this charity aims to ensure the management and protection of land and, the wildlife that resides within it.

They take the time to ensure that volunteers are regularly attracted and supported in helping to protect the environment too.

As part of the legal team, you will advise on a range of legal matters that affect the organisation, including:

• Regulatory matters;
• Commercial contracts;
• Partnership agreements;
• GDPR investigations;
• Fundraising matters.

This would be a great opportunity for a Commercial and Contracts Solicitor with a real interest in conservation matters, experience of handling commercial contracts, including the drafting and negotiation of them, and at least circa 2 year's post qualified experience.
