An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a top tier US firm for an associate with experience and a strong interest in financial regulatory work.
Suitable applicants will have at least 2 years' post qualification experience gained at a top tier London practice.
The regulatory team offers high quality work acting on matters with significant and wide-ranging impact across industries and borders. Clients range from major global banks to small investment start-ups.
The role involves advising on regulatory changes including but not limited to MiFID II, assisting on M&A of regulated firms and the scope of the controllers regime, supporting the contentious team in relation to regulatory investigations and advising clients on a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on regulatory authorisations, industry documentation, consumer finance, financial crime, compliance investigation, regulatory enforcement and financial litigation.
