Job Details
The London commercial group of this mid-Atlantic firm is looking for an experienced lawyer with strong experience in general commercial contracts, ideally with the added experience of working on technology transactions or within the technology sector. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter looking to help drive a global practice forward in the UK. The ideal candidate will be UK qualified with strong technical skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. You can expect to work on a broad variety of commercial contracts including global licensing and distribution agreements as well as cross-border tech-focused agreements and outsourcing.
