Corporate & Finance Associate, British Virgin Islands. 1-4 PQE.

The Opportunity

A well-known international law firm is seeking a Corporate & Finance Associate to join its team in Tortola, BVI. The firm is recognised as a leader in offshore transactions and is one of the longest running offshore law firms. Their name looks great on any CV and they could arguably provide the highest consistency of complex, high-profile transactions.

The successful Corporate & Finance Lawyer, your role will have a broad remit. You will be advising on a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock exchange listings and corporate reorganisations. You would also be dealing with banking, finance and restructuring transactions, such as acquisition, real estate and funds finance. Your clients would include high profile American, Chinese, Russian, British financial institutions, investment funds and large corporates from a variety of sectors.

To be successful, you should be around 1-4 years' PQE. You must be admitted to practice law in BVI or a UK jurisdiction, and you should have experience working for a major firm together with excellent academics.
