The Leeds corporate team is now recruiting.

The firm has invested heavily in its Leeds office which has seen significant growth over the last 12 months, and this is a great time to join.

As a Corporate Solicitor you will be part of the national team, working closely with the Leeds partner and the corporate team, and assisting with the further development of the Leeds office.

You will be working with a broad range of clients, from start ups, to PLCs, and advise on a broad range of transactions, to include IPOs, join ventures and private equity.

You will have experience corporate experience and as solid background in transactional work and be able to both manage smaller transactions and work as part of a team on larger transactions.

With good academics, strong attention to detail and good business developments skills, with the desire and commitment to build upon these, you will now be looking to progress your career within corporate.
