This is an outstanding opportunity for a 4+ PQE Corporate Lawyer to join an excellent Legal 500 law firm:

The Firm:

* This is a great opportunity to work on complex corporate and private equity deals mid-market deals as part of a collaborative team environment.
* The firm has a strong client base of SMEs, entrepreneurs and growing businesses as well as corporate institutions.
* The work traditionally focuses on mid-market deals, though the team also has experience working on larger transactions.
* The firm's client base is spread across numerous sectors: technology, media, energy and healthcare.

The Role:

* As a Corporate Lawyer, you'll have a broad caseload that will cover the full spectrum of corporate transactions: M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets and restructuring work.
* Varied client base, advising a number of AIM listed companies, investment banks and high growth firms.
* Lots of client contact. High quality work.

Requirements:

* Corporate Lawyer, 4+PQE.
* Previous experience in a reputable city / national law firm.
* Highly motivated and ability to work well as part of a team.
* First class client care skills.
