The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Contentious Probate into their flourishing Altrincham, Greater Manchester office.

The Contentious Probate department consists of a team of 6 working on a mixture of Claimant and Defendant working alongside leading individuals in the area. The department has undertaking a number of high-profile cases for executors, trustees, beneficiaries and charities.

You will be at the forefront of this exciting department, dealing with Contested Wills, Probates, Trusts disputes.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression and development.

Training for the right individuals towards ACTAPS.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
