Excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join a friendly and successful firm in Bath.
Located centrally close to Bath Spa train station my client is based in a beautiful area and will appeal to candidates commuting from Somerset and Bristol.
You will be joining a close knit and friendly team who deal with a broad mix of work to include acquisitions and sales, landlord and tenant, portfolio management, development and leases and licenses. The majority of clients are SMEs and entrepreneurial individuals within the region.
My client is looking for an experienced Chartered Legal Executive with broad commercial property experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own skills, experience and client base if you so wish with plenty of support and supervision when you need it.
