Job Details
My Magic Circle law firm clients renowned dispute resolution practice is growing and are looking to hire a junior disputes lawyer to assist the group's partners with general commercial litigation matters.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- manage own case load of commercial litigation matters;
- research, draft and prepare documents as prescribed in order to efficiently progress matters forward;
- work as part of a regional disputes team and support partners and senior associates where necessary; and
- take part in and lead business development and marketing activities as and when is necessary.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of a 2:1 from a reputable university or equivalent;
- 1-3 years' post qualified experience in Commercial Litigation (International Arbitration experience will be well regarded);
- Training gained with a well-regarded law firm;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English;
- Excellent communication skills, a willingness to fully participate in Business Development and overall a 'can do' attitude; and
- A genuine interest in a building a career with us in the Middle East.
