Our client is a leading specialist law firm supporting businesses and entrepreneurs concerned in the innovation and technology ecosystem. The firm provides leading-edge legal and commercial advice to clients ranging from start-ups and early phase businesses to listed multinationals. A key part of that offering is their highly regarded Life Sciences practice.
They are seeking to add a talented and ambitious junior/mid-level Life Sciences associate to join their highly respected team. They will also consider applications from more experienced lawyers looking for a Senior Associate position.
The team advises entrepreneurial businesses at the leading-edge of innovation in the Life Sciences sector, particularly those involved in biotech, medical devices and diagnostics, as well as traditional medicines. Their advice covers the IP considerations and agreements relating to a broad range of commercial and corporate transactions and activities, together with associated regulatory and competition matters.
