IP Litigation Lawyer - Specialist practice

Commercial Litigator, or Intellectual Property Litigator, sought by boutique IP practice. Role to be based in either Manchester or Leeds.

Our client is a specialist Intellectual Property firm, with their expertise covering all angles of IP law including patents, trademarks, designs and copyright, IP strategy, litigation and enforcement. They are a long established global brand in this sector and have particular expertise within the pharmaceuticals and biotech sectors.

Due to expansion they need to appoint an experienced Litigation lawyer to the team.

They would be interested in from hearing from both qualified Trademark and Patent Attorneys and also Litigation Solicitors coming from either IP litigation background or pure commercial litigation. If the latter you will have been involved in some IP Litigation and be keen to develop your career down this path. They are looking for individuals with training and experience gained at top tier litigation firms. 

The work is very high quality and varied and the team and wider firm are extremely collegiate in the way they work on projects.
