The Banking group is an international team, and acts for a wide variety of banks, financial institutions and investment funds, in addition to some of the Firm's corporate and property clients.

You will be an experienced Banking Associate with at least three years' experience of banking law. Your primary focus will be corporate banking and leveraged finance and you will represent banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers.

What will you need? Ideally, a strong track record in corporate banking, leveraged finance and private equity backed transactions, experience of managing client relationships and excellent academic achievement.
