The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3 Years+ PQE) to join an award winning, Legal 500 firm in their Blackburn office.

The firm has been highly regarded in Property since its creation well over 100 years ago. The successful candidate would join a team of reputable Solicitors in the Property Department and be responsible for handling a specialist Commercial Property caseload. Matters would include but not be limited to; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant and some Development work. The caseload will be varied making for a more interesting workload.

The ideal candidate will be looking to move up the ranks with, the intention of achieving partnership and managing a team. A following, although not essential, would be a big advantage.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor between 3 years PQE+
  • Legal 500, Large regional firm with a stand-out culture
  • You will deliver first-class client service
  • Part time may be considered for the right person.
  • Excellent prospects within a growing, progressive practice
