Outstanding opportunity for an Agricultural Lawyer, NQ+
Our client has one of the regions leading agricultural practices, which acts for a wide range of commercial and private clients with businesses founded in agriculture, land use and the rural economy generally.
The agricultural team now has a vacancy for a solicitor (ideally NQ years PQE +) to undertake an interesting and varied role, focusing on non-contentious agricultural matters. Working alongside Real Estate you will be providing comprehensive advice to clients with agricultural property on instructions ranging from supporting landowner clients buying and selling property, or promoting land for development by way of options or promotion agreements, through all aspects of management of rural assets, including tenancy issues and planning, to both the implementation of green energy schemes and the letting of land for these purposes. You'll also be acting for lenders to rural borrowers wishing to offer agricultural land as security, but with one or more challenging factors.
