Child Law Paralegal

An experienced paralegal is sought to join the child law team of this growing regional firm based in York. This role offers excellent development for someone who has previously worked in a paralegal position, particularly those with experience in child or family law settings - suiting those with a core interest in the subject matter.

The ideal candidate will be aware of the legal aid eligibility criteria as there is an element of legal aid management; supporting the online application process, costings, and care proceedings. The successful applicant will also support in a variety of matters that contribute to each stage of the case, these include preparing court bundles, completing applications, preparing statements, and actively liaising with clients and other professionals.
