This practice boasts a market leading DSP team. They advise leading global investment banks on their structured finance and derivatives transactions.
They have particular emphasis on structured credit and equities, and their practice also covers OTC derivatives and general structuring and documentation advice. The team also advise on broader mainstream capital markets transactions, and advise lead managers and issuers on equity, equity-linked and debt securities offerings. Much broader offering than peer Magic Circle practices.
They seek a c.NQ-4pqe associate with relevant experience gained in a Silver / Magic Circle or US firm or a leading investment bank. This truly represents an opportunity to work with the best in the field. Excellent salary and benefits combined with transparent career progression track.
