CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE 4-8 PQE - MANCHESTER

Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Our client is actively seeking an experienced clinical negligence solicitor, at Associate or Senior Associate level. Ideally from a defendant background, you will take on a busy caseload working for a range of clients including health organisations such as major NHS trusts as well as private health organisations.

SUMMARY

• Job title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Associate 4-8 PQE
• Location: Manchester
• Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: 4 PQE - 8 PQE clinical negligence. Defendant experience is preferred though strong claimant experience will be considered. Please note, the PQE bracket is given for the purposes if indication only. Should you fall outside this bracket, but possess the right kind of experience we would still be interested in hearing from you.

CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE TEAM

Clinical negligence solicitors within this team are instructed on an impressive range of work from actions arising out as misdiagnosis, incorrect treatment as well as life-long injuries sustained, for example, at birth including cerebral palsy.

The team has an outstanding reputation in healthcare litigation and acts for insurers covering private clinics as well as large healthcare institutions.
