THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a motivated commercial property lawyer to join an established real estate group which has an excellent reputation.
You will handle a variety of transactions to include landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a commercial property lawyer NQ-3pqe with excellent academics (2:1 or above), who has worked within a leading national or London law firm with an established real estate team.
You must have a broad range of commercial property experience and demonstrate sound knowledge of high quality work, dealing with substantial transactions and have an understanding of joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts.
You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written) and maintain good client relationship skills .
