They are a multidisciplinary group with an unrivalled wealth of knowledge of advising big-ticket clients on their risk retention capital formation strategies.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex structured finance arrangements, with a specific focus on CLO work and securitisations, acting on behalf of a number of key players in the securitisation market including financial institutions, investment banks and private equity and hedge fund groups.
