The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence (Defendant) representing large Healthcare Bodies, to join a highly ranked Healthcare firm in their Wimbledon, London office.

The Clinical Law department is the biggest of this healthcare specialist firms' departments! Highly ranked and mentioned in the Top Tier for several years, this firm has been a member of NHS Resolution Panel since its inception.

The department houses many leading individuals and carries out a wide range of work which includes inquests, advising on regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management.

Your caseload will include litigation on the medical negligence side of defending. You will have experience of Catastrophic injury, brain injury, birth injury as well as many other areas.

Requirements

  • You will be a Clinical Negligence (Defendant) Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
  • Experience of litigation.
  • You will deal with an excellent quality of work
  • Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
