The team has an international profile in this area and they are increasingly instructed by internationally significant clients on complex cross-border financings. They continue to act on a wide range of property finance matters, from core investment and development financings to complex, multi-banked deals which include both senior and mezzanine debt and intercreditor arrangements.

The team's Real Estate Finance team advises a range of participants in the market from the commercial banks to debt funds on the lending side to investors, developers and asset managers on the borrower side. They advise on all aspects of real estate lending on both a bilateral or syndicated basis. Their breadth of knowledge allows them to advise on investment deals as well as complex development facilities, both domestically and overseas.

You will preferably have worked in a specialist real estate finance team and will have experience of leading transactions which involve both bilateral and multi-banked syndicated facilities. You will be rewarded by being given complex deals to take a very senior role on. The firm take work allocation very seriously.
