This stellar team, ranked amongst the best globally, specialise in cross-border acquisition /leveraged finance, acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers, representing many of the world's leading banks, private equity firms and blue chip portfolio companies.
More specifically, they regularly advise on cross-border and domestic senior debt, mezzanine/subordinated debt and other debt-related instruments in the acquisition finance and leveraged finance fields involving both private and public transactions.
They are seeking an intelligent, ambitious and driven September, 2019 NQ with a strong academic background, training with a highly rated international firm.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with the most complex and interesting work on behalf of a fantastic client base, great training and development. Full NY salary £££
