A highly regarded International law firm are to expand their London Corporate practice with the hire of a 2-5PQE associate. The firm can offer excellent career prospects, international work and the chance to join a close-knit, collegiate team.

The firm's substantial international reach enables the firm to act for a large number of global clients and possess one of world's largest legal network. The team act for Corporates across a variety of sectors including clients within the technology, media, insurance and retail sectors. The role itself is very broad and the successful candidate will advise on a range of high value (public and private) M&A transactions, joint ventures and ECM work.

The team are looking for a driven and commercial-minded associate with a minimum of two years' of post qualification experience work. This experience should have been gained at a respected regional, city or international practice however the firm will also consider those coming from an in-house background.
