The role will focus on international arbitration including ICC and LCIA arbitrations. Most of the work is UK based but may involve overseas jurisdictions or the application of foreign laws in the UK. The commercial disputes work can be as varied as acting on shareholder disputes in the BVI or contractual disputes for media clients in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for an associate to join a thriving City practice.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' PQE and will be England & Wales qualified, coming from a comparable practice.
