Derivatives Lawyer – Various Projects – Contract – Competitive Salary
The Client
Our client has multiple positions open for a new derivatives project on a minimum 6 month contract (extensions likely). Based in the City, there are varying levels of work available from NQs to senior lawyers at various top financial institutions.
The Role
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Supporting the general derivatives work, with particular focus on ISDAs but also reviewing Brexit-related matters;
- Managing and supporting junior lawyers and trainees (senior lawyers); and
- ISDA negotiation (junior lawyers);
- Advising the business on the commercial impact of work undertaken.
About You
You should:
- Have top law firm training;
- Have significant derivatives experience;
- Be a UK qualified lawyer, with 3+PQE; and
- Be looking to move into a new role ASAP.
This role is ideal for someone looking to work on interesting and high-calibre work. Once this project is completed there will also be the opportunity to move onto other projects, therefore adding longevity to the role.
