Whether you qualified into corporate law last year or you are due to qualify in 2019, this is a fantastic opportunity. You will have an impressive academic background and a genuine commitment to a career in corporate law.
This Legal 500 corporate team advise start up companies, OMB's, SME's and brand name plc's on the full range of corporate matters including acquisitions, mergers, disposals, corporate finance and re-structuring.
The key to this role is the quality of work with both long standing clients and new businesses, you will be encouraged to develop your own client relationships under the full support of the team. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive.
