Job Details
Errington Legal are recruiting for an In House Commercial Contracts Lawyer with at least 2+ years post qualification experience and a keen eye for detail, to join an innovative and global company based in Cambridge.
The role will provide advice and support for a variety of work including large value and complex agreements and contracts and will serve as the primary contact internally, as well as for external clients. The role will liaise with the senior and executive management team.
This position will also be involved in providing training within the company.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of drafting and negotiating routine and complex contracts. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in order to work closely with senior members of the business.
