About the Real Estate Solicitor role
The Real Estate team has an excellent national profile and offers the opportunity to undertake challenging and complex work. The role will include working on a wide range of property projects and advice with a particular focus on clients including registered providers, developers, local authorities and other public and private sector clients.
In this diverse role you can expect to gain exposure to the following:
- Landlord and Tenant
- Property Investment
- Disposals and acquisitions
- Secured lending and property re-financing
- Corporate acquisitions
- Commercial and residential development
- Portfolio sales and purchases and stock rationalisation projects; and
- Providing advice to borrowers and lenders upon the charging of development sites and social housing
About you
You will be a qualified solicitor (UK or overseas equivalent) and it is anticipated that you will have gained a minimum of 6 months experience n Real Estate matters during a Training Contract but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role. You will have a proven ability to take on responsibility and manage your own files and will be able to demonstrate a strong client focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
