Job Details
This City firm is seeking to hire a 4+ PQE corporate lawyer into its market-leading London team. This role will have a focus on equity capital markets but also cover general M&A work, advising clients of the FTSE 250, key financial institutions and entrepreneurs.
Ideally, you will have at least four years' worth of experience in ECM related matters from a city practice. Further to this, you should be able to demonstrate strong collaboration skills with drive and the ability to take initiatives. This is considered to be a mid to senior role so you can expect to handle higher quality work with more responsibility. The firm offers a competitive benefits and remuneration package.
