Corporate Commercial Solicitor- Birmingham
This International leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team based in the Birmingham office.
This is a new role in a growing team which offers the chance to work on Corporate Commercial matters with a focus on IT and Technology.
You will therefore have a varied caseload and client list, advising on matters such as IT system contacts, outsourcing, software licences and contract, commercial contracts, restructuring, data protection and procurement. Your clients will be based both nationally and internationally and therefore some of your work will be cross-border.
Ideally you will be an experienced Corporate and/or Commercial Solicitor with an interest in BD and marketing work.
