Finance – Banking - Leverage Finance - 2-4 and 4+ years pqe - London - Magic Circle
The Banking and Finance team of our Magic Circle client is in growth mode and seeks to bolster its strong market leading finance team in London with leverage finance lawyers. They are keen to see mid level lawyers with general finance backgrounds and experience in areas such as acquisition and asset finance who looking to specialise in leverage finance. This leading international practice acts for banks, sponsors and major corporates on a broad range of transactions. The deals that the group are involved in span a wide range of work areas and many deals are multi-jurisdictional .
You will have a strong commercial sense, exceptional technical skills and be a keen team player. Strong client management and development skills are also essential for opportunities with this market leading firm..
We are one of the few preferred agents for this highly impressive Magic Circle firm. We have conducted several successful campaigns for them over the years. The firm has hired several lawyers from us and we enjoy strong connections at the Partner and HR level.
