They are keen to speak to either established partners or strong, experienced senior associates who have some following and an ability to see opportunities from internal clients. Candidates should be employer focused and ideally have a good mix of contentious and non-contentious experience. Candidates should also be comfortable supervising a trainee and delegating to an associate.
