My law firm client is a multinational law firm headquartered in the United States, with lawyers across 15 offices worldwide.

They are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated candidate to fill a Corporate Associate role in their handpicked team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a profile that satisfies the following:

- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience with Hong Kong qualification in corporate practice involving IPOs, cross-border M&As, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and / or corporate and commercial law experience;

- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and drafting skills;

- Self-motivated and be able to work independently;

- Strong language skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English are required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self starter to work in a small and friendly team and work on some market leading transactions.
