A Large Warwickshire Law Firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A large Law Firm based in Leamington Spa is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Commercial Litigation team. The Firm is a multi-disciplinary practice who have been established for many years working across a diverse range of sectors and a team of solicitors who have a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of commercial litigation.

Your new role
As a newly qualified Solicitor within this Firm's Commercial Litigation team you will be working with a wide range of clients to build your own caseload across fast track, low value and multi-track commercial litigation. Deal with professional negligence contracts and technology disputes determination. Assist Partners and team with diverse workload. Insolvency and assisting with financial management. As a Newly Qualified Solicitor you will have the opportunity to train in restricted covenant disputes, tax and finance.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Solicitor will be newly qualified with a basic level of experience of litigation gained within a practice, along with some knowledge of basic IP issues and issues arising out of tax litigation. Strong communication skills as you will be liaising directly with clients and the Firm's internal teams and have the ability to work autonomously whilst being a team player.
