Construction Solicitor/ Associate, Leeds, 2 - 4 years PQE, £45,000 - £55,000
This firm is a leading UK law firm with offices covering the entire United Kingdom. This role is based in the firms Leeds office working together as part of a national team. This firm offers a fantastic culture and has achieved "Gold Standard" in Investors in People. This team represent a wide range of household names and winning awards for its impressive work.
You will be joining a team assisting the partner and senior associate in Leeds in all non-contentious construction matters dealing with developers, contractors, institutional investors and funding entities. Your work will be advising on development and infrastructure projects, corporate and real estate acquisitions, property finance and disposals.
This team is very much in growth and you will be encouraged to develop your entrepreneurial skills to win work for the firm. You will be able to demonstrate a strong background in non-contentious matters and genuinely interested in continuing with this.
