New! - our client are a leading Legal 100 firm with a top-tier Construction, Engineering & Projects team based in London. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join them and play an integral role in their future success moving forwards.

A highly-motivated NQ with at least one seat in Construction would also be considered.

We are open to applications from candidates with both contentious and non-contentious construction law experience, although the role specifically includes a non-contentious construction law element. This  construction team advises employers, contractors, and consultants on a wide range of building and civil engineering matters, both domestically and internationally.

A diverse range of clients include major public companies, charities, independent and public sector developers, contractors and professionals in the construction field. The sites under development can be broad ranging from large mixed-use schemes on brown field sites to small residential developments.

Issues advised on may include:

• Consultants' appointments
• Building contracts and sub-contracts (industry standard or bespoke)
• Collateral warranties and third party rights
• Performance bonds and parent company guarantees
