Commercial and Data Protection Solicitor

Errington Legal are looking for an experienced Solicitor to work within our client’s privacy and information law team, handling major projects for some of the largest clients in the world.
You will work as part of a national team undertaking UK and international information law related work on behalf of a wide range of businesses in a wide range of sectors. There is also the opportunity to undertake e-commerce and digital platform advisory work as part of the role. The work, which can be centred on the UK or be international in nature, is highly varied. You may find yourself taking responsibility for large projects, as well as smaller, standalone matters. 
You will ideally have meaningful experience of providing data protection and freedom of information law advice and a good knowledge of information law and commercial drafting in the widest sense. Good clear communication skills to facilitate interaction with international colleagues are required along with strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills. A clear interest in working on international data privacy projects is essential for those with a wider commercial/corporate law background.
