Commercial Lawyer - In-House

I am working with a tech-focused organisation based in Buckinghamshire who are looking for a Commercial Lawyer with 1-4 years' PQE to join their small Legal team. They are global leaders in the automatic identification industry, providing solutions to retail, health care, transportation and logistics and other industries.

As a Commercial Lawyer within this Legal team, you will support the business in the EMEA region with accurate, commercial and timely advice. Responsible for understanding business goals, structuring deals to meet those goals whilst adhering to company policies, drafting contracts to reflect deal terms and negotiating contracts in transactions through to execution and managing risk.

In addition to providing day to day advice on commercial and contractual matters, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts with customers and key suppliers, provide legal support to bids and tenders and assist with distribution and other compliance initiatives.

This role will be best suited for a Commercial Lawyer who has a good understanding of Distribution Channels, ideally with previous technology or IT Solutions experience. There will also be collaboration with other functions and multiple stakeholders, therefore, experience dealing with Senior Management is required.

Although not essential, an understanding of Spanish, Italian, French or in particular German at a conversational level would be an advantage.
