A highly regarded City firm with a strong emphasis on their work in the Real Estate sector are looking for a Property Litigation associate to join their growing practice in the City. In return, the firm offer a large degree of autonomy and responsibility from the outset, complex high-end work and a work/life balance that may not be possible at other City firms.

The team advise a broad and diverse client basis on a full range of contentious property matters including; development, property contract, land, commercial property and residential property disputes. House builders, charities, retailers, developers and government institutions make up the majority of this teams client base. The successful candidate will work autonomously on their own caseload and support Partners and senior solicitors on higher value cases and will play an important part in growing this close-knit and collegiate team.

The team are looking for an individual between the NQ-3PQE level with experience working within a respected regional, City or International Contentious Real Estate practice. A strong academic record is also a prerequisite to be considered for the role.
