Commercial Litigation Associate
The firm's litigation practice, which has recently been described as "standout" by a well known legal publisher, is growing at an impressive rate within London and, as such, has an active need at the 3-6pqe level for an associate to join the group in London.
The commercial disputes practice has evolved rapidly over the last 12 months and to such an extent that companies which may have previously consulted Magic Circle firms are choosing my client as their preferred firm for complex disputes with a high value attached to them. The practice is a diverse one, where partners advise on disputes in a range of sectors included but not limited to finance, energy, IT, IP and real estate disputes and the new joiner will have the opportunity to get their teeth stuck into a range of interesting and complex matters, working for a number of partners within the group. The team is well supported by dedicated paralegals and trainees and the new joiner will therefore have the opportunity to undertake work of real substance in live matters, contributing directly to the outcome of the matters which come in. The opportunity to advise and mentor junior members of the group is also available and the firm are looking for a genuine team player that is keen to see their more junior peers flourish in a collegiate team environment.
The firm offer a competitive remuneration package, the chance to join an ambitious and growing practice and an excellent quality of disputes work.
The PQE mentioned is only a guide. Anyone with the necessary skills to succeed may apply.
