For a mid-level candidate this opportunity is outstanding, the firm currently handles employment work under the general litigation department with a particularly international flavour to their clients. The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join their flourishing head office based in the heart of the West End of London.

The firm has a highly successful civil and commercial litigation department. The firm are looking to break off a separate employment department, they already do a substantial amount of employment work. You will head up this department, the firm are seeking an ambitious mid-level lawyer who wants to obtain a fast track in their career progression, this is an excellent opportunity.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work, of both claimant and respondent work. The client base will range from SME to National companies, Company Directors and HNW individuals. The variety of work will make for a much more interesting caseload. You will work as part of the litigation, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career growth and progression.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor with between 2-6 years PQE
  • You should have good experience of running your own Employment caseload
  • You will have a good technical knowledge
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
  • It is essential you are commercially minded and a "rain maker"
  • Salary is market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
