The role is open to NQ applicants, including those in the September 2019 intakes.

Candidates must have completed at least one Corporate seat during their training contract.  This can be a broad Corporate seat or a specialised Private Equity, M&A or ECM seat, and it must have been completed at a leading US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle firm in London. 

The candidate must also have a history of excellent academics.

The successful candidate will work with high profile clients on sophisticated corporate matters being led by experienced partners who are highly-regarded in the industry.

This role will be a positive step in any newly qualified lawyer’s career providing a strong stepping stone to other elite opportunities globally in both private practice and in-house.

This firm is also recognised as paying its Associates at full New York salary rates, as well as showcasing a clear strategy to organically grow its London partner base.
