We have been instructed by a US firm in London looking for a mid-level Employment Associate to join their team.
The firm is headquartered in the US with a well-established London office. The employment team itself is extremely ambitious having developed a strong reputation in the market for their high-quality work.
This is a rare opportunity, particularly within a US firm, as the role will involve a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including mostly the team’s own standalone client work (rather than corporate support), acting on a range of instructions from employers to high-profile individual employees.
The partners are interested in hearing from candidates with between one to five years of post-qualification experience on contentious and advisory employment-related matters from a leading firm, ideally based in London.
The firm offers an excellent salary at the top end of the legal market in addition to desirable benefits. There is also the opportunity for the successful candidate to partake in business development opportunities which will assist in the growth of the candidate’s own profile within the employment law space in London.
