Your new company
A Senior Associate / Partner is required by a leading UK Law Firm for their specialist private client team based in Birmingham. This Firm's Private Client team is experienced in managing and implementing the strategies to safeguard their clients' personal wealth and business assets. This Firm is renowned for providing specialist knowledge on wills, estate planning and probate, inheritance tax and succession planning, providing legal advice on mental capacity issues, dealing with Court of Protection and charity law.
Your new role
Due to continued growth, this Firm is looking for a Senior Associate / Partner who will work closely with their national team, taking the lead and supervising on a range of work including advising on wills and trusts, trust administration, lasting powers of attorney, probate and the administration of estates. You will be working with a variety of clients, from landowners to shareholders in family businesses and directors of companies and their families.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Senior Associate / Partner will be experienced in advising high net worth clients on all areas of Wealth Protection matters, a proven ability to form strong client relationships and be committed to supporting growth through business development initiatives.
