A leading UK firm are looking to hire a Corporate Associate at the 3+PQE level to join their award winning team in London. The new joiner will work closely with a respected team of experienced Partners advising a broad range of companies, investors and funds on a variety of Corporate matters. The new joiner will have their own workload consisting of smaller transactions but will also be able to assist Partners on bigger and more complex matters. The workload will consist of advising on venture capital, M&A transactions, private equity, equity capital markets, group re-organisations and joint ventures.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three year's post-qualification experience with experience within a leading regional, national or City firm. A strong academic record is required and furthermore considerable venture capital experience within the technology sector would be highly advantageous.
