A highly regarded City headquartered law firm with a large international presence are looking to hire a mid-level Employee Incentives associate to join their team in London. The firm can offer an extremely competitive remuneration package, a broad role and arguably the most attractive and complex work in the City.
The firm's unrivalled client base consists of a wide variety of corporates and financial institutions. The successful individual will be given a large degree of autonomy and client contact from the outset. The team consists of over five Partners and are looking to grow at the mid-level, the incentives work involves advising private companies on incentivisation, share plans and remuneration arrangements for their executives. The work will also involve reviewing and amending the legal aspects of incentives documentation and engaging in business development for the firm.
The team are ideally looking for an individual with an excellent academic record who currently work within a recognised incentives practice, ideally with experience of working for public companies. A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience within an employee incentives team is needed to be considered for this vacancy.
