As an employment associate you will be working with numerous employment lawyers to provide advice on the full suite of employment matters to include both non-contentious and contentious cases. Furthermore, you will ideally be an all-rounder with adept experience in handling employee and employer matters. You will have access to acclaimed consultants with a breadth of experience as well an efficient support network.
For your efforts you will be entitled to an excellent basic salary of £65,000 plus 10% recovered billings giving you an eventual package well over £100,000 due to the busy nature of the Employment team. On offer will also be other very rewarding schemes such as a recruitment bonus and client generation bonuses.
