The firm is a relatively new entrant but its founder carry significant history and pedigree from within the local Manchester market. As such there is a wealth of client relationships and, quite frankly, an overflow of corporate work of a good quality.

In terms of what that looks like - upwards of 3 years PQE - people who have a good degree of experience but feel they are ready to take on responsibility - both in terms of leading on deals but also in terms of clients

The work has its roots firmly planted in M&A and the range of deals is from £5 - £50 million. 

Their is no preciousness around client relationships. On the contrary the partners are looking to pass over relationships as there is such a significant pipeline of work. 

For the right people the firm are paying at the top end of the market - with that in mind it is no cake walk. The team work hard (though no harder than you might expect to work elsewhere) but the rewards and the scope for agility and progression make this a fairly unique proposition.
