The role
The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor into their Reigate, Surrey office.
The department has an excellent reputation for corporate work.
You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.
This role comes with good prospects and career development.
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- Salary is competitive and dependent on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
